ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because all products are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

We do not offer size exchanges.

Please triple double check the products size measurements before placing your order.

A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

You may keep, donate or dispose of your original order – whichever works best for you.

We do not price match items.

Here at Ahsiu we consistently work toward maintaining intriguing prices on everything we carry.

Items purchased before a sale will not be issued a discount, nor refund or credit for sale price.

Items purchased after a sale ends will not be granted sale price. 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility.

The return address is set by default to our fulfillment facility. 

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. 

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us here.

First, get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

For packages lost in transit, never received or missing from shipment, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. 

We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.  We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. 

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. You will need to place a new order.

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Ahsiu reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
